Drive user acquisition and growth for our mobile applications across paid social, search and programmatic channels. You'll own full-funnel campaign strategy, manage significant budgets, and work closely with product and creative teams to optimise conversion. Experience with mobile measurement platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and a strong analytical mindset are essential.
Shape the visual identity and interaction design of our sports media applications. From initial research and wireframing to polished UI specs and design system maintenance, you'll own the entire design process. You care deeply about accessibility, mobile-first UX, and creating interfaces that feel both powerful and effortless. Figma proficiency required.
Build cross-platform mobile experiences using Flutter/Dart. You'll develop new features, maintain code quality through thorough testing, and contribute to architecture decisions. Strong knowledge of state management patterns (Riverpod, BLoC) and experience shipping production apps to both Google Play and the App Store are required.
Design and build the APIs, data pipelines and real-time services that power our sports analytics products. Experience with high-throughput event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and working with third-party sports data providers is a strong plus. Comfort with Cloudflare Workers and edge computing is valued.
Own the roadmap for one or more of our sports applications from discovery through delivery. You'll define strategy, write crisp specs, prioritise ruthlessly, and work in close partnership with engineering and design. A genuine love of sports and experience with consumer mobile apps are non-negotiable.
Lead the editorial strategy for our sports news aggregation and original content initiatives. You'll curate partner sources, develop content guidelines, manage a network of contributors, and ensure our content feel authoritative and fan-centric. Multilingual capability (especially Polish, English, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
